I used my sewing machine over the weekend.

What a dream it was! I can’t remember the last time it ran so smoothly.

It was so quiet that I didn’t know the bobbin thread ran out.

Thankyou very much for your excellent service and advice on my machine, I appreciate it.

If any of my friends need their machines serviced, I will know where to send them.just an FYI I received your name from a clerk at Fabricana in Coquitlam. You were highly recommended and now  I know why😀.

Wei Hin has been servicing my Berninas for many years. Whether it’s for annual maintenance or repair, the machines always benefit from a turn in his shop and come home purring. I wouldn’t take them to anyone else.

Wei Hin has serviced a number of my machines. I have had consistently good service each time. I can be sure that if anything goes wrong with my machine I have a reliable place I can get it fixed. There is always a small piece of fabric along with the machine that shows a number of complex stitches to demonstrate how well the machine is performing after he’s finished with it.   He is a craftsman.

Hi Wei,

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you again for the expert servicing and repair of my machine.  The before and after pictures tell a story themselves.  You cleaned the inside so it looks brand new and cleaned away all the years of grunge.  My machine just hums along now – I have never heard it sound so smooth!  I want to sew with it just to hear it hum like that.  The tension is perfect too!I so appreciated the time you spent with me going over the work you did and teaching me how to use my machine to keep it in excellent working condition!  You are passionate about sewing machines and keeping them working, and it shows!  So glad I found you!
