Testimonial – Janome 5018
I love the work you did on my Janome 5018. With the walking foot on (and some strong polyester thread – it was only a few short seams) I was able to use it like an industrial machine. I had to make a foot drop splint out of neoprene, and Velcro.

Servicing 3 Machines
I recently took 3 sewing machines to Wei; 2 owned by myself and 1 owned by my niece. All of our machines are different brands and all 3 are used extensively. Wei’s shop is tidy and well equipped. All of our machines were tuned up and returned to us in spotless and perfect running order. When I picked up the machines Wei took time to explain various nuances of each machine to me and what we need to do in our own “home” to maintain so that they continue to give us many years of reliable and accurate service. Wei is a professional, and his invoice was written in detail. You have a record of what he looked at and worked on. Wei shows a great passion for doing a job well. I recommend him to anyone looking for someone who cares to work on their machines.

Service and Repair Pfaff 1473
I’ve spent six hours each yesterday and today at my studio with my 1473. If I didn’t recognize the marks on my machine, I would think you switched my machine for a newer one! What a joy to sew on! No loose rattly bits on the front, the engine is so smooth,and everything is running so well.

The Bernina 830 was delivered by Canada Post just after you called. I set the machine up quickly and ran some fabric through it, and wow!! what an improvement over what I sent you!!
Works like a charm.
I’m not really very familiar with this machine, having just bought it sight-unseen on Kijiji, and will have to read the manual. For what I want it for I’m not anticipating any further problems.
Will work on recovering some chesterfield cushions in the next few weeks. I think you have done a beautiful job on restoring it. After I’ve given it a good workout I’ll drop you another note.

What’s Old is New Again
I picked up my sewing machine from your shop yesterday, after your positively excellent work?
I just thought of writing you this email to let you know that I tried my machine today, and to my surprise, I have to admit, it is even sewing better than when I just got it brand new 35 years ago. I remember I had problem with sewing some T shirt like material because it would skip, and to get a continuous line, I had to put paper underneath the material to prevent it from skipping. Today, I tried my machine with the same material and NO NEED FOR PAPER any more. It sewed beautifully. Thank you for encouraging me to keep my so called old machine, rather than spending another hundreds of dollars on a new machine which would not have been made as well as these old machines to begin with.
