I’m a repeat customer because I value your honesty, straight-forwardedness, expertise and skill. I trust what you’re doing. You’re dependable and friendly. I appreciate the time to take to show me and explain to me what needs to be done and what you did. I’m happy that you are willing to work on my older machine (a grad gift from 1977!) and keep it in great running condition as long as possible. And, your prices are reasonable.

I’d highly recommend you in a nano-second to anyone who needs their sewing machine tuned up or repaired. Given your wait list, I know that many others have already found you!

I used my sewing machine this morning and omigod, it is working fantastically well! The movement of the needle through the fabric was perfect, the sound so low that I’m sure it didn’t disturb the downstairs neighbour and just the general operation was so smooth and fluid that it made me realize how long it has been since that was the case. Obviously, my machine was in need of attention years ago although it was so gradual that I didn’t notice. It feels like a new machine again and I am so happy.

The Bernina 830 was delivered by Canada Post just after you called. I set the machine up quickly and ran some fabric through it, and wow!! what an improvement over what I sent you!!

Works like a charm.

I’m not really very familiar with this machine, having just bought it sight-unseen on Kijiji, and will have to read the manual. For what I want it for I’m not anticipating any further problems.

Will work on recovering some chesterfield cushions in the next few weeks. I think you have done a beautiful job on restoring it. After I’ve given it a good workout I’ll drop you another note.
