The latest machine in for servicing and maintenance is the Bernina 830 Record – arguably one of the best sewing machine ever built. For the past few weeks, I have received a large number of the same model coming in for some tender loving care – an unusal event to have so many of the same model in at the same time.<\/p>\n

First the multiple Singer Featherweight 221K 222K and now the Bernina 830.<\/p>\n

One of the machines failed due to an after market part. I can’t stress enough the importance of using genuine parts.<\/p>\n
