I recently took 3 sewing machines to Wei; 2 owned by myself and 1 owned by my niece. All of our machines are different brands and all 3 are used extensively. Wei’s shop is tidy and well equipped. All of our machines were tuned up and returned to us in spotless and perfect running order. When I picked up the machines Wei took time to explain various nuances of each machine to me and what we need to do in our own “home” to maintain so that they continue to give us many years of reliable and accurate service. Wei is a professional, and his invoice was written in detail. You have a record of what he looked at and worked on. Wei shows a great passion for doing a job well. I found an older Singer sewing machine at a second hand store and hand a hunch that it would work okay. I didn’t at first and I tracked down someone to service it – Wei at Euro Tech. He gave it a full service and then also gave me lessons to make sure I would use it in a way that would enable it to keep working well. It sews beautifully now and is a pleasure to use. I’m so delighted I could salvage this machine and give it a new life. I’m very grateful to Wei for all his work on it! I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking machine servicing.
